I helped to deliver the design section of the "Enrolment" and "My Account" experience on Avios.com. With a focus on ensuring a seamless and efficient registration process and providing a user-friendly solution for the account management journey.
This resulted in a 5.6% increase in the number of new BAEC members and a 40% reduction in the process time.

I helped to deliver the design section of the "Enrolment" and "My Account" experience on Avios.com. With a focus on ensuring a seamless and efficient registration process and providing a user-friendly solution for the account management journey.

I led the design of the Avios Wallet product, which enabled users from Iberia and Vueling to aggregate their Avios points into a single Avios balance by linking their accounts. Avios Wallet achieved 214k account links within the first 90 days. 37% increase in cross-brand redemptions and 12% reduction in customer support queries about point transfers.
