Project
Future Money App
Future Money is a virtual wallet application to run on a smartphone that allows payments for goods and services online and currency exchanges without requiring a bank account and relying mostly on an “Uber-like” decentralised network of agents that will allow deposits and withdraws.

This application came from the need to create a virtual wallet without the obligation of a Bank account, facing the fact that most people in South Africa don’t own a bank account regarding the high level of charge in maintenance and management fees. Therefore, a high number of people outside the big cities are quite deprived to purchase or do any kind of payments or purchases online.
The scope was to present the first stage of this application with high-fidelity and detailed user flow and information architecture. My responsibility was to create a consistent design concept in an independent self-direction behaviour and provided both highly analytical and creative ideas for a design engagement in a process with a full implementation of contemporary user-centred design methodologies and a detailed design style guide.

Transactions
The transactions available with the Future Money are deposits with an agent, top-ups from another account, withdrawals from an ATM or an agent and transferences between other users, payments or purchases.
What's an agent?
There are two kinds of certified agents, fixed agents that are mainly commercial stores, like supermarkets, groceries, etc. And we have mobile agents that are certified individuals that will meet you to apply the transaction.
