An all-in-one cloud-based invoicing and business management software with an interactive dashboard model that enables users to take action in real-time. Users can access summaries of expenses, highlight the expenses that receive the most capital, top-performing clients, revenue analysis comparisons, or total amounts of open invoice.  

This platform also offers Get Paid Faster features, such as automated billing with complete integration and the convenience of PayPal, Authorize.NET, and STRIPE. It generates invoices automatically within 30 seconds, and automatically transmits monthly invoices to clients using customised templates. Additionally, it automatically sends emails to clients notifying them of overdue invoices and balances.

challenge

The primary objective of this project was to redefine the information architecture that was previously implemented by the developers and implement a fresh design concept and implementation of new features. This approach provided solutions to a complex user interface, improved visual design quality, and enhanced the user experience.

I adopted a distinct visual approach based on the human-centred design and developed a style guide to enhance the usability and consistency of the product.
