Future Money is a virtual wallet application to run on a smartphone that allows payments for goods and services online and currency exchanges without requiring a bank account and relying mostly on a “Uber-like” decentralised network of agents that will allow deposits and withdraws.

This application came from the need to create a virtual wallet without the obligation of a Bank account, facing the fact that most people in South Africa don’t own a bank account regarding the high level of charge in maintenance and management fees. Therefore, a high number of people outside the big cities are quite deprived to purchase or do any kind of payments or purchases online.
